It's the friends and family that are the hardest to convince!!  My MIL
especially!!  "Oh it just has a tsp. of butter in all that baking"!!!!
Pullleeeeze!  Drives me nuts!
I can't believe they use lactose as a placebo!  That's insane!  But it's in
everything else so why not!
