        I'm sorry to hear about your neighbors' attitudes and behavior.
It's awful when you run into people with those attitudes, but more so when
the live next door.

        I don't have any easy answers. You might consider moving. A mean
thought just crossed my mind. If the apartment is that accessible, invite
other PWD's to move in whenever an apartment becomes available. Surround
them with PWD's.
