Hi everyone.  I am wondering where I can get a hold of an accessible
variable power supply and volt meter for testing rechargeable and
non-rechargeable batteries, and how much the cost would be.  I have had a
few issues with an older radio that I would like to some day check in
terms of the power supply and charger and battery for it.  Any information
would help, and thanks.
