thanks.  the velocity factor of the ladder line determines the  length with some twist specific to the antenna but I have forgotten how to do this.  

Whew as I look over my practice exam for the extra Saturday, I am wondering if I can do the math anymore.  Now if it comes to computers, I am far better but getting rusty on electronics there.  It looks like it will be a real learning experience to find out what I need to know two weeks later, but who knows.
