I feel so DUH!  Susan was kind enough to point out the following:

"I just went to Amazon.com and the price was $10.47; if you spend over
$25.00, there is no shipping charge.    Wal-Mart has a shipping charge:
$2.97 fixed cost,  plus $0.97 for each book.  If you buy 10 copies,
Amazon would be $104.70 and Wal-Mart would be $106.87."
