Several days ago, I asked if anyone had tried making calzones from
scratch (not using a mix). Most responses were from respondents used
the Chebe bread mix.
A couple of people suggested using a GF French bread recipe for the
dough One person suggested using Carol Fenster’s pizza crust recipe and
patting it into small circles then proceeding with the fillings.
