We just had a very positive experience at "The Glenn" in the Connecticut
Lakes region of far northern New Hampshire. Good spot for fishing, boating,
hiking, nature, moose. It is a place that serves you three meals a day.
They are learning and interest in the problems of gluten-free cooking. We
did provide our own bread for box lunches and they made one of our packages
of brownie mix. I think they will do even better for the next group with
gluten-free eaters.
Ellie
