I'd like to alert my EASI friends in the UK about upcoming Tiger workshops 
at Cambridge and in the Birmingham area.  The notice is pasted below.  Thanks

Subject--UPDATE: Free braille and tactile graphics training seminars in the UK!

Tactile Graphics, Braille and Braille Math Made Easy

Seminars will be held in the Birmingham area from September 30 to October 3 
and at Cambridge University on October 7, 2003.  If you are interested in 
attending a session or having a personal Tiger demonstration, please RSVP 
to <mailto:[log in to unmask]>[log in to unmask] as spaces are limited. We 
will send you specific details.

Come learn the latest techniques and tricks that the braille industry has 
to offer.

ViewPlus, the leading innovator in braille and tactile graphics technology, 
is coming to the UK September 29 - October 8, 2003.  Jeff Gardner, 
Marketing VP, will personally be giving a series of training seminars 
during that time.

The seminars are titled "Tactile Graphics, Braille, and Braille Math made 
Easy" and will be demonstrated using ViewPlus' own Tiger embossers. At the 
end of the seminar you will have a comprehensive understanding of:
Ø      Drawing, scanning, and importing graphics using mainstream Windows 
software, like Microsoft Word

Ø      Translating text to braille directly in MS Office applications

Ø      Creating and embossing spatial braille math equations in Microsoft Word
