<PRE>Metamucil is now available in capsule form and according to the
representative I talked with, they are guaranteed gf.  My husband bought me
two bottles - on sale at Walgreens at $10 per bottle which contains 160
capsules.  Since my dr. wants me to take Metamucil every day, this is much
easier than taking the powder form, especially for traveling.  I tried
WalMart and they don't carry it yet.  Call before you go - one Walgreens had
sold all but one bottle and another didn't have any.
