Dr. Dohan's work of the 1970s clearly showed a correlation between Schizophrenia
gluten-intolerance. I am surprised to hear that the occurence of Schizophrenia

Our son is a diagnosed Shizophrenic yet doctors and nurses, at his hospital in
Fife, Scotland, are ignorant of any connnection between diet and mental illness.
The doctors are refusing to test for gluten-intolerance, but the Charge-Nurse says
he would like to learn more if I can send him something to read on the subject.
Unfortunately he does not have access to a computer.
Can anyone refer me to any articles dealing with the subject.
