Questions concerning Oct 5th meeting of the CSA/USA Resource Unit of
Northern Virginia in Alexandria, VA

Q: Can I pay for the dinner the day of the meeting?

A: To prepare for the meeting, the Hilton requires advanced payment for
the Gluten-Free Diner. This ensures they don't over or under prepare for
the event. I will purchase a few extra meals as a precaution, but please
try to send payment in advance. The Hilton Alexandria Mark Center is
preparing to make our meeting and dinner a wonderful event to celebrate
Celiac Awareness Month, providing us with an exceptional gluten-free meal.
Celiac and non-Celiac will enjoy all of the entrees.

Note: Mr. Ritt's Bakery will be preparing fresh baked French Bread to go
with our meals.

Q: Can I go just to the lectures and not the dinner.
A: Absolutely There is no fee for attending the meeting.

Q: Will I be able to purchase items from Mr. Ritt's Bakery
A: We encourage everyone to place your orders in advance from Mr. Ritt's.
This way you'll have the entire selection from the order form and no
shipping charges. (The deadline for placing orders is 9/23)
Mr. Ritt's will, however, have selected items available for purchase.

Q: What is the meeting room location?
A: The meeting will be held in Plaza Room C in the lower lobby.

Q: Is there a fee for parking?
A: The Hilton has generously waived the normal parking garage fee.

Q: What are the driving directions to the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center?

of their, freshly prepared desserts, you=92ll agree that they are virtually
indistinguishable (often better!) from original wheat based
