I just talked with a pharmacist at the company that manufacturers Ambien.  As
of May 1 the formula has been changed and the company can no longer guarantee
that the product is gf.  However, they are working to change formula back to
original which contained potato starch.  He told me to call back after
September 1.

In the meantime, can anyone recommend a sleeping pill as effective as Ambien?
