The MaineHealth Learning Resource Centers is offering the following
gluten-free cooking class:

"Going Against the Grain:  Wheat and Gluten Free Baking"
There is life after gluten.  Join Rebecca Reilly, author of "Gluten-Free
Baking", as she bakes some recipes from her book as well as some new
ones.  This is an opportunity to expand your gluten free baking
repertoire.

- Chocolate Cannoli
- Vegan Pumpkin Pie
- Carrot Genoise with a White Chocolate Buttercream

Also, Debbie Pepper-Dougherty, R.D., L.D., will present a nutritional
piece.
