Hello --

I have some online courses that need to be evaluated for both usability
and accessibility.  A comprehensive report of positives and negatives
would be needed as the end product of this evaluation.

Can anyone direct me to an agency or individual who has the expertise
and credentials to do such an evaluation and report, which would be part
of the required documentation for a grant proposal.
