I just bought a gluten free green chile sauce at wild ots. it's called 505
organic green chilie sauce and its labeled wheat and gluten free. I called
the company to verify it and they switched to rice flour a year ago and no
vinegar.

Also, in Miami there is a great restruant called the Kabob Factory
(305-740-7585) located on Lejune Road just north of US1. Many of the items
are GF. I have been eating there for lunch 3 times a week for 2 years with
no problems. Just tell Ron the owner that you are on a gluten free diet. If
you like hot sauces he makes his own from a habanero reduction that is
amazing, it has no distilled vinegars.
