**Lipton cup of soup mushroom and chicken, use 1/2 the amount of liquid

** Creamed Soup base recipe in Betty Hagmans book--The Gluden free Gourment
cooks fast and healthy.

**For chicken casseroles----canned chicken bouillon (also on the CSA
listing, with cornstarch and gluten free seasoning salt and then add a
touch of heavy cream once it's all thickened.  Chicken pot pie--with this
gravy, mixed vegetables, chicken and mashed potatoes and cheese on top.
