I may be wrong, but it seems to me since I quit gluten (a year and a
half now) at age 59, that my blood color has become a noticeably
darker red and minor cuts and scratches seem to clot faster. Also I
think I am much more sensitive to caffeine in drinks like coffee and
tea now.

The blood color may be related to a life-long slight anemia that now
has gone away, and I know that celiac disease can cause anemia.

I wonder if anyone else has found the same changes?
