My original question asked if anyone had used Atkins Baking Mix and I
stated it was gluten free.

I only received 8 responses.  3 people use it successfully and enjoy it.
2 asked why I thought it was gluten free because it contains oat fiber.
So we have the whole oat issue.  And 1 person said she did not like it
and it was a waste of money.

Other products listed and recommended included Atkins syrup, frozen
quiches and essential fatty oil supplements.
