Does anyone else have a problem with dates? Is there any company or variety
I can trust in buying dates? Dates always give me gut spasms the next day.
I love them, but had to give them up. I finally tried eating just one date,
same effect. I have had this reaction to very small amounts of gluten
before, and suspect the problem is to be found in Kemmer's summary of what
is officially "gluten free". Thanks. Will summarize if I get enough
replies. Donna

"In answer to your question about how much gluten is in foods
listed "gluten-free" that last "official answer" I found through research
was 2%. Anything under that they don't have to list as ingredients. This
makes up for the often wheat dusted processing lines companies use to keep
the food from sticking together."
