Greeting All:

I need help!  Does anyone know of restaurants in Omaha, Nebraska that
are knowledgeable about celiac disease?  I will be spending several days
there with relatives, and I know they will want to eat out.  I generally
avoid restaurants, I am so fearful of accidental gluten ingestion.
Ideas anyone?
