The "Food for Life" brand "Ezekiel 4:9" bread uses only sprouted grains, no
flour. Sprouted grains are edible raw and are therefore paleo.

In addition, sprouted grains have greatly reduced lectin content, which many
believe is one of the major causes of health problems due to grains.

It's interesting that the packaging for the Ezekiel 4:9 bread references the
Price-Pottenger Foundation as the theoretical basis for the bread, and Weston
Price was one of the first in modern times to advocate a Paleo diet.

PS The bread company have their own web site at www.food-for-life.com .
