Hi Bobby,

   Oh yes, the would be loud place - but lots of folks go to that park - to
watch the planes come and go. Interesting note on the air traffic approach
to and from Reagan Washington National Airport - the planes USED to go over
the river ( pre 9/11) - so as not to endanger the buildings and people below
- NOW - THEY FLY DIRECTLY OVER THE PENATGON AND ROSSLYN. Go figure!
