For those of you who send messages to the list and wish the replies to go to
the list, not to you, please change your email client settings to eliminate
the Send To field.  The "Send To" field makes a reply a reply go
automatically to the sender, not to the list itself.   You do this generally
by going to the email client setup menu and erasing your name from the Send
To option.

I was doing the same to the folks on the list and it was driving them crazy.
Now I pass this hint along...
