Yes, there is an FAA FAR for Part 135 Carriers (airlines) that states that
PICS (pilot-in-command--which could be captain, jumpseat pilot or co-pilot,
depending on who has "stick" control) must have vision corrected to 20/20.
A great site for this info is www.avweb.com.  I'll get the exact text if
anyone wants it.
