Hi,
A few years ago I was suffering from a bothersome form of acne at,
especially since I was over 50. It was small pustules around the edge of the
nostrils, a very heavy oil area. My dermatologist said that it was caused by
a bacteria that was activated by sunlight, and I only had this during the
summer months. She gave me a special cream to use, which only worked to a
small degree.
Three weeks after going on the paleo diet, the zits disappeared and have
never come back.
