Greetings Paleo Beings!
I have been eating sardines every 2 days or so instead of flaxseed oil or
Carlson's cod liver oil.
I get canned (tinned) Norwegian sardines of good quality packed in water.
My experiment has run for about 2 weeks and I have seen results in the form
of less dryness around my knuckles than what I was experiencing. I will
continue and see if there is a difference between supplementing with oils
and using the fish itself. Of course, as a byproduct I am also getting more
calcium from dem bones.
