Andrew,
have a look at www.eatwild.com (see Nutritional Benefits) it should have
some graphs on the horrendous differences between pasture fed and grain fed
meat. Then open your mouth really wide and change feet.

wonder why..since there is hardly any difference between them, apart from
less Om-3 [which makes no practical difference, since land animals are not a
great source anyway].  might be a challenge, to find ONE thing Cordain has
got right. anyone?
