It's like a roadmap to my family's medical history. All I know is, when I now eat
even a quarter piece of bread the cramps come back big time. The ironic thing is
we are all skilled bakers with the blue ribbons to prove it. I just got an invite
to another baking competition yesterday......what a temptation. Maybe I'll develop
a gluten-free thing. Not very paleo though...(sigh),
