Can you run down the *inefficiently* part?  Are you talking about the side
affects?  The cortisol?  I felt great in ketosis after the first week or so.
I dropped it because of the cortisol.  Oliva

they will die, and you will die.  But you don't have to eat
glucose for them to get it, because they can convert amino acids
(inefficiently) to glucose as needed.
