I just learnt of the death of  Malang K Barrow a former colleague who
worked with the National Environmental Agency until his retirement .
Malang was a devoted civil servant and a very friendly chap .He will be
missed . Our condolence to the Barrow family. May his soul rest in
perfect peace .
