I agree with Stephen, and was reassured last night to read that the St. Johns server was merely purging 'dead' addresses, nothing more. So it was nothing we said, or didn't say, i.e., they didn't leave us because we didn't talk enough about CP.

I've heard a lot of ISP and service providers are doing a lot of purging now, to block spammers and save bandwidth.
