Hi Mag,

In our fluctuating (from -15C to -35C) weather, I'm bloody trying to stay
warm! Just came back from the den - two short flights of stairs for
exercise - after putting on a fire.

Keeping fit and outta trouble here. Hey, are you still playing scrabble at
all? Let's fling tiles, woman. Check out blocktionary at www.playlink.com -
fun game.

Finally got Front Page and have been tinkering with that. Killed my web
site right off the bat - made the mistake of uploading edits using FP. Not
smart. ISP raecovered my site from their backups and told me never to use FP
to upload anything.

Got a new kitchen gadget - the Nesco Roaster. Gonna use it later today. I
love it. Even found a newsgroup at yahoogroups.com and have been having fun
browsing recipes. Silly me, during a trip to the big city forgot to pick up
yarn for a knitting project. Someone wants me to knit them a blanket and
wants to pay me for it. Perhaps I might develop a "small" biz out of it. Who
knows. The turn around time on my most popular pattern is about 2 weeks of
working 2-3 hour an evening. Working on my writing/children's
stories/newspaper commentaries. Gotta keep my hand in.

Made it through yet another year without getting the flu. Not even a
sniffle. Go vits and herbs!

  Hope you are well, Mag.

Cheers!

Carla
