Starting Dec. 6, EASI will be offering its online workshop on universal web
design. It is built around the Web Access Initiative's recently announced
guidelines on creating web sites that are accessible to users with
disabilities. You can hear and see a narrated PowerPoint preview of the
workshop at http://www.rit.edu/~easi/webcast/bfwdcom1.html
Instructors are Richard Banks and Norman Coombs of EASI. Previous EASI
workshops have been given over the internet to some 3,000 people over 6
continents. It is delivered through e-mail and the web. You can take it
from anywhere and at any time. The workshop runs for 4 weeks with a 2-week
break for the holidays in the middle.
