Hello Gary.  I don't know why Adobe decided to retract these conversion
services.  Thus far I've heard no reason, but indeed they are
gone.  Perhaps it is because one can now buy Acrobat and "save as"
RTF.  This gives a generally more accessible file than the PDF2TXT
converter did.  My copy of Acrobat does not permit saving as HTML however,
and I really do miss the PDF2HTML conversion service.
