This is the last beta release of the Visual Impairment
Simulator for Microsoft Windows, please download and try the
simulator and provide feebdback on any bugs this week if
possible.  Only bugs will be repaired, no new features please.

New Features:
1. Screenshots can be exported to the clipboard
2. Diabetic Retinopathy impairment added
3. Across-the-board updates of impairment accuracy
4. New interface for controlling mouse displacement
5. Magnifier tool added
6. Dynamic preview of the impairments added

Installation
1. REMOVE any previous version of the simulator "VIS" in "Add
Remove Programs".

2. Download new version:
http://cita.rehab.uiuc.edu/software/vis/?status=download

3. Install software.
