Hi,
I was interested in learning more about the GF status of bourbon after some
discussion by this list group so I wrote an email to the American Celiac
Society for another opinion. I introduced my question then followed it with a
segment from one of the emails from the list group. The response I received
took several weeks and the response followed my introduction.
I'll include the email up to the end of the Am. Celiac Soc. response, all typos
and misspellings included. I would like to hear any comments from list
members. Do you think this is an appropriate response from this organization?
What do you think I should do if anything? Thanks for your help.
I belong to a list group and a discussion came up about bourbon, and most

I have not herd about a gluten free bourbon. There is some tal of developing a
gluten free beer.
My personal opinion is that anyone with any type of gastrointestinal problems
should avoid all alcohol. Yoou certainly are not helping your intestinal tract
by alcohol consumption, and potentially are doing tremendous harm, even if not
a
celiac.
