Folks...The responses so far range from no to yes to maybe........Thanks for
responding. I think I'll make my own concoction for tonight (to marinate
salmon fillet) until I can speak with La Choy directly. Lin

No It is not GF. My son checked this week with Lachoy. His wife found recipes
for teriyaki sauces on the web.

Yes, it is gluten free and I use all the time.

I do use La Choy Teriyaki Sauce, but I am not sure that it is still GF.  I
have not investigated it in 2 years. 2 years ago it was GF.

I substitute soy sauce for teryaki in recipes without a problem.

I make my own....Tamari (San J soy sauce), sherry, honey and sesame oil
