I had recently asked what people thought of Gillian's products.  I have
received between 20-30 responses.  Most people spoke very positively about
their products, especially their bread and bread crumbs.  I also received a
response from the owner of Gillian's who said he would send me a sample of
their products.  I found this to be extremely generous - I can't express how
helpful it is to taste-test a product before having to place an order,
especially when the product is not readily available here.

I don't remember the last time I had sandwich, mostly because I've had CD all
my life so I've never been a big bread eater.  The other breads I've tried
just weren't worth it or they were extremely fattening.  I have to say, I
really loved their product.  The French Rolls are fantastic!  They made great
little sandwiches.  Very moist.  I can't compare them to "regular" bread, as
I don't know what it tastes like, but I will be ordering from this company!
I am excited to try their other products as well.
