Steve, if you're still undecided with all that differing of opinions, it
might help to simply take the dictionary definition: Wheat Berry = "the
whole kernel of wheat, sometimes cracked or ground and made into bread or
used as a cereal." from Random House Webster's Dictionary.
And the enzymatic process will not destroy gluten. That's criminal. -vance
