Special Bulletin from Continental: Special Meal Options to be offered
only in select markets.
Even in today's environment, Continental Airlines remains committed to
offering food at mealtimes. In order to allow us to remain competitive,
while maintaining our industry-leading product, we are streamlining the
availability of our Special Meals. Effective September 4, 2003,
Continental
Airlines will no longer offer Special Meals in any class of service for
the
following categories: Canada markets, Latin America/ Caribbean beach
markets, or domestic flights under a transcontinental level of service
or
on Continental Express*. Special Meals will still be available when
meals
are served in all trans-Atlantic and trans-Pacific markets, Latin
America/
Caribbean business and South America markets, as well as on all
Continental
Micronesia, transcontinental and Hawaii flights.
