My hay fever has pretty much gone away since I started low-carbing. I used
to be on anti-histamine pills, eye drops and a nasal spray, but now only
need them when the pollen is very bad, or when I have too many carbs. Even
dried fruit sets it off, so it seems to be a carb thing rather than a paleo
thing.

Coming off the meds is great, means I can afford more organic meat :-)
