Raw grass-fed, pasture raised beef here. Yard bird eggs raw. Rare on
chicken and pork, from small commercial butchers. Some raw fish.

Dinner tonight was a pound of top round sliced thin on salad greens, raw
onions and garlic, with homemade olive oil and lemon mayonnaise and
macadamias.
