I realize that I might receive some hate e-mails here, but to me, I feel
that the ADA isn't the law like what it was developed to be.  it wasn't for
pilots, it was for people with disabilities.

  Pilots need to have a corrected vision of 20 20.  That means that if they
  have contacts or glasses that can correct it to that point, it is okay.
