I put a large HD on one of these boards a couple of years ago.
Two possibilities:
1. Update the flash Bios - Instructions and file available from
www.asus.com.tw
2. Check the jumpers. Some of the more modern drives won't detect with the
drive set to master if they're the only drive on a cable. You may have to
remove the jumper altogether....
