IMHO, no, there is no particular advantage...except for extra features
capabilities, as Management, error reports and things like that....future
use....

Well...a typ DSL/Cable is always under 2 Mbps, so, a 10 Mpbs board is enough
to handle a full sustained network traffic. (ftp, scp)

yes...well..they are new...
and, remember that a typical mobo has a PCI bus (32 bits) running at
(typical) 33 MHz... you are transfering 133 MB/sec bursts at full speed
(about 1 Gbps)...teorically...
I know that 1000T must be PCI 64 bits...is that ok?
