I don't measure ketones.  With my carb intake close to zero, and my
protein this low, I don't think there's any way I could fail to be in
ketosis, for whatever that's worth.  I've been checking body temperature
in the morning, but that hasn't changed either.  Perhaps if I add some
methamphetamine to my sour cream...
