No, cooking makes meat more digestible.  It's not the meat that is
constipating you.  Years of grains screwed up your digestion and the change
of diet and not enough fat is constipating.  Get some digestive enzymes and
fiber at the health food store to tide you over until you have become
accustomed to this way of eating.  Oliva
