The fermented honey doesn't say anything about an alcohol content. It also
doesn't taste much different from the other raw honey sold at
http://www.reallyrawhoney.com/  It doesn't seem to be mead or anything
alcoholic. (I personally hope not!)

can't vouch for the almond flour, but can definitely attest to the quality
of the filbert (hazelnut) flour & arrowroot flour.
