First of all I have to say way to go Michael.  Congrats to you for your loss
and I wish you the best.

I would also like to say that since I have begun Neanderthin today this
thread and Michael's post and everyone's replies were just the thing I
needed to see.  It is giving me hope that Neanderthin works and the strength
to go forward and not succumb to any cravings I might experience in the next
few days or the bells of the ice cream truck lurking in our neighbourhood
from time to time.
