I use cod liver oil, which is stocked with DHA and EPA and vitamin A,
and I believe not as oxidative.  Just to be sure, I also take selenium.
The benefits for me of using the oil have far outweighed any risk.  On
the other end, I avoid polyunsaturated oils, but DO use monosaturated
oils, like olive oil and canola.  And margerine is completely out of the
question.
